Apple warns developers of applications that track user actions by deleting them from App Sotre



Following the report on the exploitation of some famous travel applications for user data through third-party companies to analyze data and track the user's movements and collect information on it without his knowledge, Apple launched a warning to developers of those applications to disclose the mechanism of collecting that information to the user or remove the code added to the application, Track moves or they will completely delete them from their App Store according to the Techcrunch site.

Apple has highlighted that the permit to add applications to its store is strictly forbidden to use this method to track users without prior permission from them explaining how and mechanism of collecting data; the company's spokesman said that they are taking serious steps and the right of developers and owners of those Applications.

Techcrunch reports that a number of famous travel applications such as Air Canada, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Expedia, and a third-party company have been used to analyze Glassbox data. The latter studies user data and records it without their permission and without taking safety precautions into account. The report included collecting personal and financial data such as name, passport number and credit card information.
